Terms of Service

Effective date: June 23, 2026 · Last updated: June 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the We Litt website, progressive web app, and mobile apps (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use We Litt. Some venues and events require attendees to be 21+ with valid ID; age and entry requirements are set by the venue/organizer, not by We Litt.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

3. The Service

We Litt helps you discover events and nightlife, save and RSVP to events, read and write reviews, and (where available) purchase tickets and access safety features. Event listings come from organizers, venues, and third-party sources; availability and details can change.

4. Tickets, payments & subscriptions

5. User content & conduct

You retain ownership of content you post (such as reviews) and grant We Litt a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it within the Service. You agree not to:

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can report content in-app; we review reports and act at our discretion.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may label verified attendance and remove reviews that violate these Terms.

7. Safety features — important. We Litt’s safety tools (ride-share tracking, emergency-contact alerts, and SOS messaging) are convenience features and may fail due to device, network, or third-party limitations. They are not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

8. Event information & third parties

Event details are provided by organizers and third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We Litt does not guarantee any event, listing, venue, or third-party service, and is not responsible for them. Your dealings with organizers, venues, and other users are solely between you and them.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by We Litt and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Litt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or [USD $100].

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold We Litt harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law. [Add any arbitration/class-action-waiver clause here only after legal review.]

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
